I just had my Escape in for an oil change and the basic clean detailing package. My vehicle looks brand new again! When dropping off my vehicle in the morning I was able to get a ride home very promptly via the courtesy shuttle. Since I have a new baby at home it's hard to leave the house. Norris Ford delivered my perfectly clean vehicle back to me and I was able to pay with debit right at my door! So convenient! To top off the amazing service I was also able to take advantage of a mothers day special which included a bouquet of fresh flowers along with my oil change and detailing for $99! Top notch at every aspect
As always I got super service buying my new 2018 Escape! From the moment I got in, it was like I always had it. It was meant to be. Coby you are an A+ salesman! This is my 4th vehicle in 6 years and service has always been supreme from buying a vehicle to having maintenance done and even when I phone with a silly question. Norris Ford team is awesome. BTW I am not allowed to go alone anymore for my maintenance dates , because I always come home with a new vehicle. Lol
