Went back to this store because public usable computer for parts suggested wrong replaceable parts. When I talked to the parts person they told us that there is 2 motors that use either of the filters that he was after and that the only difference was the room difference in what angle the filter went in. So the computer wouldn't know which was the right one. So it was quickly fixed for me.

Inventory is out by multiples, online inventory is therefor incorrect/false, huge joke when you drove multiple hours on the basis you can do something as simple and have an accurate inventory count!!!What else is all inaccurate lies??!Shop somewhere else that doesnt lie and has management that actually knows how to manage!!
