I recently proposed to my best friend and she said yes! Not saying it was %100 the ring I purchased from wainwright Jewlers that swayed her decision but, it definitely didnt hurt my chances. I had shopped around and had never really felt like I was very important to the other big box stores. I found a great comfort in the way Ron and Kirby, at wainwright jewlers treated me. They went above and beyond to make certain I got the exact ring I was looking for but made the whole experience so much better knowing they cared about my ring, and my situation! Never feeling pressured and never feeling like just another sale, I knew I made the right choice purchasing this life changing peice of jewelry from the small town jeweler with the big city selection. I went there to look at an engagement ring I didnt know what to look for the staff was really helpful in selecting the perfect one. My girlfriend was very happy with it my fiance and I went there again to pick out wedding rings they helped us with any questions we had. When we got our wedding bands my finger had swollen and it the ring didn't fit from the original sizing they went the extra step and let me use one of the display models so I had a ring to wear for the wedding ceremony. They even went the extra step to put in the a temporary black inlay to match it close to my actual wedding band the staff is awesome to deal with I will be going back.
I can't speak for the other staff members, but I've had a great experience working with Ron D, several times. You'll find him a very easy-going guy. Never any pressure. He's also super-knowledgable, not only of the products but of the complicated situations that we (let's just say it, "men") have to navigate when we're making this sort of major purchase. I'll definitely be back. Downside: It's a bit of a drive to Wainwright from pretty much anywhere. Upside: Never once regretted making the trip.
