Bought a 2017 Arctic Cat Alterra TRV off them. As I live in Vancouver BC I was debating driving there to purchase it. They were able to frieght it out to me for less than driving there. So it was a great experiance and very trustworthy people. Wish I could put my trust in other dealerships the way Don's Speed Parts took care of me. What more can I say but they are great! Live in Ontario had went to bmp page to buy durability kit for my sled. Paid for express shipping last week in hopes to rebuild my motor during my vacation this week. They shipped using ground opposed to what I paid for and chose. Now here we are a week later and tracking shows my parts are just sitting in Alberta still haven't even moved at all.Very disappointed, wish I spent my thousand dollars elsewhere I could have be back on the sled by now.
I have been buying parts from Dons for a long time, and just got a new quad. im always happy with the service and they stock a lot too so that makes it easier to buy. i wouldnt go anywhere else to buy my stuff.
