My dog has been to a few different vets around the country but even after surgery this is the only place she was happy to go back a second time.
Went to get a check up and vaccinations done only to find out when I got home that they only gave me a one year vaccination instead of a three year. I do not have an unlimited income, and now I have to re-vaccinate in a year! Their excuse is that they cant do math because they say its been 1+ years since the last vaccination expired even though I gave them a passport (shows my dogs previous vaccinations) showing that it had been well under a year since the expiration of the previous shot. I will never return and suggest others to visit elsewhere. They wont do anything to help me and deny any wrong doing because the receptionist didnt read the paperwork properly.
The staff is great, super helpful and polite. Decent prices as well!
Only place I go to for my pets since they opened up. Always working hard to make sure the fuzz balls are healthy and happy, and always willing to give advice over the phone when needed!
