I like that there were no bugs...I think most people would think this place great. Its clean, fresh and offers everything. I spent three weeks there and hated it. I never had a good night's sleep and I should have changed hotels but I was too tired everyday afterwork (12hrs+) to move. The guests were heavy footed, smoked in diesel work trucks that were parked right at your bedroom window. I don't think the guests were intently loud I think the building was poorly constructed. The pluming was very audible through the walls and the walls shake when someone overhead walks around. The beds were way too soft for a small person like me, so I don't know how a normal sized man wouldn't sink down to the floor when he laid down on one. The room cleaning was spotty. It was super awesome to come back after working 13hrs outside in the rain and snow to my room to find it hot-boxed with paint fumes! They had decided to paint the wing. Had to change rooms, should have ran then. All front desk staff was super friendly and made every effort to be helpful.
Best hotel service. Manager Lana was amazing to us. I bought a Jeep Cherokee from Milestone Mazda In lethbridge 5 or 6 months ago and while i was working in Wainwright the transmission in the Jeep pooched out. Lana gave us extra time to allow us to make arrangements to get back to lethbridge
The property was clean and provided exactly the experience I required but nothing special. I feel the front staff could engage in conversation more and smile more. I felt it was expensive and I had an AMA discount. They had no problems accommodating me when I asked to get into my room 2 hours early which was appreciated. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
A wonderful bright, clean lobby, breakfast room and guest room, spacious and comfortable. Couldn't ask for better.
Very good stay at Best Western Wainwright. Nice new hotel. Very clean and well appointed room and a great breakfast. Excellent front desk reception, knowledgeable of local restaurants.. Highly recommended.
