Over priced for the room we stayed in. The thermostat did not work and it read 30 degrees in the room when the setting was for 17. Charges 235 for each night with an additional fee for use of a cot which I thought was ridiculous when we just spent $1700 to stay for the week. The continental breakfast was decent. Pool was great for kids but quite shallow so you couldn't do laps. Hot tub was clean. Plenty of parking.
Room was very warm. Nobody would fix it. Asked 4 times. The hot water was scalding as soon as you turn on the tap. Again nobody would fix it after asking many times.Very few ice machines and they were either empty or not working.
I paid $179 to ensure that I had a good breakfast in the morning, it's 8:22 am and I've been sitting here 22 minutes with no food and no coffee. When I told the front desk all they said was they were aware. After a long wait and a very full breakfast area, they brought out a whopping six pieces of bacon. Not very happy this morning and won't ever be back.
Excellent experience. Joanne was awesome helping us with our dogs. And Diana was awesome in helping us too. Rooms were clean. Lots of breakfast choices. Great service!
The rooms were clean and nice despite missing some essentials like glasses and Kleenex. Desk clerk was nice and gave me extras when I asked. Overall a good experience
